We provide residential and commercial junk removal services in the Greater Vancouver / Burnaby area. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual volume, weight, type of items, and access conditions at your location. You will be informed of any pricing adjustments before we proceed.

Booking and Scheduling

Bookings are confirmed only after you receive written or verbal confirmation from us. We make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window but are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or prior job complications.

SMS and Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number and requesting a quote or booking, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Neighbourhood Junk Removal. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the items to be removed
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the removal site
• Be present or have an authorized representative available at the time of service
• Not request removal of hazardous materials including asbestos, chemicals, paint, propane tanks, or biohazardous waste

Prohibited Items

We do not remove hazardous materials. This includes but is not limited to:

• Asbestos or materials containing asbestos
• Chemicals, solvents, and flammable materials
• Propane or gas tanks
• Batteries (large format / industrial)
• Biohazardous or medical waste

If prohibited items are discovered on-site, we reserve the right to leave them behind and adjust pricing accordingly.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept e-transfer, cash, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. Failure to pay may result in additional fees or legal action.

Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Neighbourhood Junk Removal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property.

Damage Claims

If you believe our team caused damage during a job, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of service completion. We will review all claims in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
